Requesting a Group Reservation

General Visits

To schedule a visit to the trolley museum, please complete a Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks prior to your visit. Someone from the trolley museum will then confirm your reservation.

Visiting During Special Events

Pumpkin Patch

To schedule a visit to the trolley museum, please complete a Pumpkin Patch Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks prior to your visit. Someone from the trolley museum will then confirm your reservation.

Other Events

Groups looking to visit during the trolley museum's special events, such as Rails to the Darkside and Winterfest, need to call the museum office to schedule their reservation at 860-627-6540.

Planning Tip • To best accomodate your group during Winterfest, please plan your visit for a Friday or Sunday.
